Flyby Records is a record label based in Montreal and founded in 2010 by David Lamarre and James Mompremier. We create original music and are producing such artists as Waspah, with his first album “Tuned Maze”, an ambient and electro masterpiece that was released in January 2011. Also, a great singer and lyricist, Seshya, who just released his second album, “Le Journal de Marcus Electro”. Listen to it and also to his first album, “Mizik Politik”, an awesome “coup de masse”. Another artist from Montreal, Neeisha, released her first single earlier this year, “Gone”, which deserves a perfect score. Discover The Reckless, a young and talented artist from Montreal, with his single “Let it Go”. Meet with Datdude and his awesome track “Want it All”.On top of producing electronic music, RnB, pop music and Hip Hop, we are distributing great artists like Datdude, King Shadrock, Choices, Nefsi, Madhi, Comar, Jean Gardy, Steeve Khé, Gardy Parent, and Richard Narcisse. 2011 was be a big year for Flyby Records as we released great albums and singles as well as added more artists to our online catalogue. We are currently in the grand opening of our online music store with original authors, so ebooks will also be available.

On top of that, Flyby Records is working hard to allow emergent artist to records, produce and eventually distribute their first album. We just finished recording a new album, by young rising star, the Reckless. His first single will be available in July 2011. We are distributing all kind of music, from Hip Hop and RnB to Braindance and techno music. If you are on pace for completing your new album, or even your first one, you should definitely contact us. Our representatives will explain our method and politics, and you could join the Flyby Records team, allowing you to enter the market of digital music !

Your album will be available around the world, in stores like the Apple iTunes store, on Ebay, on Amazon, Napster, Rhapsody, and many more. Your music will also be available on popular radio stations, like last.fm, so you will get noticed more and more. We are very active with our online marketing strategy, and always finding new ways to promote our artists.

Last but not least, we are continuously building the Flyby Records Studio, improving our gear and recording method. We record our own artists in two recording locations in Montreal. Also, we compose and produce their albums, using great analog synthesizers, as well as modern digital techniques and instruments. We offer different kind of formation and learning process to our artists. We will soon produce a first Flyby Records Compilation, including some of the best songs of our catalog, as well as new remixes from our artists.
